In the valley of tall golden fire, I rest listening to the sound of the earth heartbeat. Africa's eastern breath presses its cheek against mine as I bask and savor the exotic serene moment. I listen and watch at the tapestry of wildlife gather, a world of tranquil beauty. Together we forge a strong valley, but still a world of survival; nowhere is truly safe. 4/30/2019

Impressive. Also see a strong message about living life and not letting fear rule. If we worry about being safe too much we might miss out on scenes like you have so aptly painted and being happy. Best regards David in NZ

This is a truly African scene and poem - you should visit South Africa you would love our Kruger National park where you will see lions wild and in their own habitat - An awesome getaway, wonderful write and example Eve - I love wildlife and especially anything to do with lions. Hugs, Jenny
