Linda's May Birthday Song
April rains are gone; the skies are not so grey.
Listen! Can you hear the bluebirds overhead?
"Happy Birthday, Linda," all the birdies say:
"Come and hear our concert in the flower bed!
We sing a song for you on the gentle breeze.
Honey bees are swarming in the flowered trees.
They and all our friends sing merrily along.
Posies nod in time to your May birthday song!"
From Andrea Dietrich
to Linda-Marie, a sweetheart of a friend!
