Translation: will meet you at airport tonight with wheels smooches, hugs waiting for you what was your flight number? pick-up at gate 5? when you arrive home take-out food, fun, baseball game flying high on love, luv.

Brian, I was just mentioning to someone that Linda was bumped off the top 100 all-time list just this week. She left quite a legacy of poetry and camaraderie, and as you say, she was a female barnabas. Although I came to Soup too late to know her I still see her encouraging comments when I visit some older poems. Thank you for this tribute. ~ John

ate: 6/22/2020 12:49:00 AM Yes,John this 'contest' idea is nice way to bring poets like Linda to the foreground.In my pursuit of our poetic pastime I have read acres of 'published poetry and there are numerous PS poets that compare favourably therewith in our arform .Linda was one such.
