Limitless
A tiny yellow capsule
A powder, if you will
Syrup in a bottle
A perforated pill
But this is all a dream
This pill isn't real
like a jumping bean
Perform, it never will
But if it did exist
I would keep steady hands
Remain focused
Remember dates and plans
I would be in control
On the top of my game
Always on a roll
Feeding my brain
A top notch problem solver
Climbing the ladder
An equation dissolver
Blocking out the chatter
Motivated patience
To undivide my attention
Function by a list
And not forget to mention
Wake me up on time
To my alarm clock ringing
I wouldn't get behind
From excessive dreaming
I would live for the moment
Finally, I would thrive
I'd take my life and own it
And, for once, I'd feel alive
