poor guy had a rotten wee wee, it hurt when he went pee pee, it turned black and blue, swelled big as a shoe, it fell off and now he's called pee wee

I don't think I've ever read a poem with staphylococci. Icky stuff, he must have picked it up in the hospital, that's where all those critters breed. Funny stuff but not for that guy.
