Limerick: Once a Baby Found In a Bucket

Limerick : Once a Baby found in a bucket Once a Baby found in a bucket Grew up to be tough as a biscuit She took a desert trip Sahara took a flip (Some people take her/me for a nitwit) That’s why biscuits taste sandy when bit. © T. Wignesan – Paris, 2013

Biscuits are mere betel leaves to a nut-cracking Destroyer, but then, just to be on the safe side, don't get your teeth into them. You never know the skin might just wear/tear off! OK, I'm being corny! Thanks very much, Lady (or rather "A" Poet) Destroyer! I love biscuits, too. Every good wish. Wignesan

You're very kind to respond to someone who hasn't the time to go visiting well-wishers' pages. Thank you very much, indeed. That's why I produce limericks. They are their own reward. Every good wish. Wignesan
