Like a Boat
Everytime I see the sun shine,
I feel like a boat in the middle of the ocean.
Her glorious rays freely strikes my eyes,
yet, her heart seems so far.
I am like a prisoner in a prison without walls,
for, I know that I am free, yet restrained,
bound by the shackles of uncertainty;
blown by the wind from every direction.
Should I go front or go back,
Should I go left or go right?
Like a sparrow caught in the middle of a hurricane,
I sail through path so devious and uncertain.
But the hope of tomorrow stirs the courage in my soul,
and the promise of victory makes me feel like a champion.
Whether wounded or bleeding, I must fight, for I'm alive.
I must sail this boat hard to reach my shore.
