Light Or Darkness

Can you hear him?
Rumbling beneath the earth,
Waiting for us to make the our move,
Waiting for it to begin,
My body trembles,
Afraid to see the outcome,
Knowing that there is a chance he might win,
Can you hear him?
Laughing beneath the earth,
Waiting for us to fail
Whispering beneath the earth saying
“he died for your sins but you killed over them”
Can you hear him?

Very thought provoking write my friend. The biggest irony of human nature is that it tries not to hear, even when someone is trying to loudly warn. If only we can learn from our mistakes many of our problems can be avoided. Love and best wishes....Ravindra.... Jamecia Buggs
