Light
"Raindrops used to race down my window,
Disappointed at every speck of negativity
The light was filtered out of my room,
I couldn't feel the light
Searching for more than a flashlight,
Didn't find it from peers or my closet
Digging around the objects on the floor,
A treasure was found
My bible it laid dusty and unused,
Picking it up felt like raising a sword
Carefully I skin through,
Cracks of light broke into my heart
This light! I can feel it!
THough it was just a appetizer,
It brought the light back to my life
All it takes is a spark to start a fire"
