Light

Frantic hours; stumbling around in the dark...
Ignoring gentle whispers in your stubborn ears...
A coward; surrendered.. Cornered by your fears...
Always longing for the ocean, or some quaint memory...
With blinders firmly attached, seeing what you wanted to see...
But you cried out to me one fateful night...
And through your tears, you finally found your light...
