Life's Trials

Regardless of the tears I cry
to drain away the pain
I know there'll be many smiles
on another given day

I don't give up, I stand strong
in any new found trial
No matter what that test may be
I strive hard not to fail

I stand true to who I am
even when I stand alone
The truth can dawn from deep inside
this I have been shown

Do not break, stand your ground
hold your head up high
Dig deep within, find your strength
to not drown in life's tide.

(Suicide is never the right answer.... it takes your pain and gives it to all of those who love you. In reality, it's actually quite selfish)

I know 3 young men in their 20's who do this often and it hurts everyone who cares for them. Their whole life still ahead of them and all they think to do is give up, it's very sad.
