Life's Mysteries

On my knees, 

Mighty life I implored with all the force of my soul

For 

To reveal to me its so many wondrous mysteries! 



"Alas, 

No mortal would ever be allowed all of my mysteries to know,

until the moment ready is he to enter the dominion of Hades*." 

Life enigmatically replied.

* Hades ( the unseen one), ruler of the underworld, brother of Zeus  ( the life-giver).
