Lifemare
With eyes shut tight
The clock stays still
Surrounding voices
Breathe your last breath
Never stop running
Falling into nothing
Scream for realization
There was never a cliff
Why did you run
Why did you scream
When you never moved
Wipe off cold sweat
But with what
You are alone again
Solid white walls
They inhale
And it takes you back
What were you trying to find
Now stop.
You were awake again.
Slip into your dreams
