I enjoyed your poetry. Question. How would I know that my poem is in the contest? I did a poem about a town and I am not sure it is if it is submitted.I did my poem twice then took one of the same poem out. Need advice thank you.

Congratulations Tim on your first place one liner. Made me think of the movie "The Deer Hunter" with Robert De Niro and Christopher Walken

Tim, you should shorten it up. It is very good and I want to see it score high!(the middle part could go out!)

Hi Tim, You managed to create dark imagery in a few words. I could sense an intense fear in each word. I wish you the best of luck the contest:-) Alexis

Tim, that opening phrase..."Slow the barrel tumbles"....sent a cold shiver through me. A very harsh reality to too many.
