Life Is Perfect Here

barefoot in the sand

    walking 'neath the bright sunshine

        holding my love's hand

on this warm spring day

we've waited for, oh, so long

     holiday in May

is meant for fun in the sun

so this is where we belong

whispered words of love we share

  are poetry to my ears

hand in hand we walk along

       ... life is perfect here

                . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Francine, how nice to see you here late at night like me! I think yours is the first example I've seen of an entry to LInda's contest and you did an awesome job with her challenge. I can tell she will really like this one!
