Life is like an oyster

Who wants to live this way?
With a heart and soul filled with pain?
But if we don't feel the pain
We don't get to feel the joy
Life is like an oyster
The experience can prickle your system
It can irritate you beyond belief
But it will definitely make you grow
You become that elusive pearl
So beautiful and rare
Only authenticity creates this magnificence
For you are better raw and real
This doesn't mean that you forget
Your humanity and divinity
You can be your true self
Revealed in the best way
No one wants to live with pain
No one wants to live with regret
No one wants to pass so many tests
No one wants the toughest quests
But ultimately, it's up to us
To become our greatest gifts
We can share this with the Universe
And create memories that are worth it
So, expand beyond the oyster
Embrace the pain and the joy
Our lives are like its ocean
Fulfilment beyond this world
