“ Achievements of active dynamic life turn obsolete at end.” - Poet Mind walks on emptiness.. lone sailor on voyage,.... sailing aimless.. Nothing to achieve more, nothing to lose from empty core....., nothing new to explore in last stage of life, emptiness chasing me....enclosing, encircling, encompassing...... where can I flee ? Matters little being careful or careless ! Life passing through last phase,..... dull hazy sky to gaze... Not to bo blamed. nor to be praised, more or less blank page. Static stagnant life. … without glamour or glee, dragging purposeless meaningless life on suffocated breath ...... struggling for fresh air.. I reminisce closeness of emotional bonds ..... shared with parents...grand parents and intimate friends,.. ...if only once I could meet them . Those fervent feelings are left now to sigh. I miss my bygone golden days.... when dynamic life flaunting multiple activities in challenging channels running ceaseless .. without break ! Time management was so hard with endless works. Now old age turning last few pages of life ..... offering ample time with no work. Grown up children lead own lives leaving their childhood in my lap. Days are going, bleaker, bitter, dull, gloomy, desolate I ruminate my ardent ardour once reciprocated, now sank in abyss of old memories left behind. .... couldn't rewind... Ready to close the last chapter of life in emptiness.
