Their promise of infinite love declared Every day, In every possible way, Is hopefully why they want to Be together, Forever and ever, And therein is the cue, And the obvious clue, That their destiny for their remaining life, Is to be a partner, a husband or a wife. LIFE’S 2nd LOVE – FOR MY BRIDE Will you be my bride, And stand by my side, Down by the sea, As we watch the tide, Will you hold my hand, And be my guide, As I marry you with oh such pride, Will you say I do, As we both pursue, A life that is real, And with all that we feel. Whether good or bad, Or happy or sad, I’ll be there for you, Our whole life through! LIFE’S 3rd AND FINAL LOVE – TRUE PARTNERS I want to see and do with you, Our years on earth are all too few, I want to share and to explore, Only with you as we mature. There is so much that we must learn, With both our minds and bodies stern.
