Life and Death

I speak of love and heart felt pain cruel life
To wed the love of true hearts lust a dream
Yet life will play a trick and take my wife
The pain is more than i can take i scream

The clock face ticks and tocks her heart beat halts
Faith says we meet again pray that gods words real
and her loves arms out stretched that one final waltz
her last word spoke a vow said with true zeal

But wait is god and zion real, death will tell
And man will hope and pray no prank god played
the man so cruel like some old rune spell
To Kneel in front the holy cross in gods shade

this realm that rules mans life best hope of glee
your pact with god your heart and soul set free
