Liberated By the Living Christ
Satan is the enemy of our souls
seeking to bind us in his evil way
locked in his chains with no solution
blinding us to God's truth every day
But one day Jesus Christ comes along
as God into our lives always to stay
truly liberated by the living Christ
what blessing upon my body of clay
So now being shown a better way
provided by Christ who is solely divine
leading and guiding along His true path
Christ's rainbow in the sky is a sure sign
This Christ became my dear substitute
taking my sin on the cross so I be free
redeemed by His precious blood so dear
so now reconciled freed from sin to flee
Jesus Christ my Lord and saviour
the only one whose love's the best
for removing all my sin on a tree
consequently, He invites me to be His guest
