Libel

You know it's not my fault. You know I'm not to blame. I will show no shame, why should I? You have no proof, yet gave my name. You lied when you have no proof And I will show no shame. I can prove it's not my fault. Everyone will know I'm not to blame. I will show no shame because I'm not to blame you spilled the salt. You surely know you have no proof And just as well that it's not my fault. The heavens know its not my fault And to the world I will show no shame. You accused when you have no proof And I will swear I'm not to blame. Four sentence contest

This is a very interesting verse form, Joyce. And all this finger-pointing over spilled salt is quite humorous. Good luck in the contest! Love, Carolyn
