Letters To You
I can still hear your voice as if in conversation.
Your laugh echoing as loud as a standing ovation.
My mind painting pictures as your memory I replay.
Your the one who made me smile the one who made my day.
Your the one I fell asleep to who would meet me in my dreams.
Love is what was cherished and shared by us between.
Safety comfort trust this is what was seen.
I just never had the guts to say but now I'm coming clean.
Now i'm confessing that I loved you from the start.
All the times that you said it you already had my heart.
A bond so strong it made me lose my breath.
An exhilerating feeling that strengthened with every step.
I carry you with me I never forget.
This is the letter I never sent but the one that I kept.
