Let Me Play the Piano

So unenlightened
A curious girl,
So much
I want to know
So much
I don't understand-
Everything's
A mystery of
Profound
Magnitude
How did I
Come to be here?
So in awe...
Such suspense,
An 'any minute'
Hell
Go hand in hand.

And, so for answers
I look up into
the vast blackness
A trillion
Crystals winking,
Blinking
Enchanting
Bewitching
Let me
Play
The piano

Pulverize my
Flesh and bones
To a pulp...gory,
Blood-soaked
Just leave
My will, my heart
And eyes
In tact
For this is
My journey
And, I'm obsessed
With living it
Let me
Play
The piano

Woman, of
Hades
I implore-
Be gentle
With my tender
anatomy
I'm way
Too young
To die
Let me
Play
The piano.
