Let Me Kiss You My President

Let me kiss you my President
you came in hungry
but you are still hungry
for the people you suffer hunger

Let me kiss you my President
you came in as sleep
and stole away people’s minds
now all are happy
the hot sun shines in all faces

Let me kiss you my President
you made God to migrate
from bungalows and palaces
He now dwells with people
in rural countryside He is!

In ghettos He’s active
curing the sick, dressing the naked
the hungry eat, the miserable laugh

What a leader, what a nation
Full of God, full of gracious love
of the leader that stole minds
of the people in waiting!
