Let Me Choose
In my mothers womb,
so safe and sound,
waiting for light
to shine on me.
Life is so special
looking forward
to seeing what's
in store for me.
Little heart beating,
so warm and carefree
it is here, so safe
and so secure.
What are they doing to
me, something I see
coming toward me,
oh, my little skin burns
and my eyes hurt so,
I can't breathe, my
lungs ache so,
pain everywhere now,
don't do this,
stop this please,
don't murder me,
let me chose
when to die.
My mother says
it's her body to
choose what to do
with it,
but that's not true,
her body belongs to God,
and only He has
the right to take life.
Only I can't stop
them from doing
this horrible thing
to me.
I will go to heaven,
without ever knowing
what my life could have
become.
