Let Kratom Live

The DEA will this condemn: Some pain sufferers take Kratom Big pharma must reign They'll rely on chicane To keep addicts addicted to them Author's Note: Kratom comes from a relative of the coffee plant. The active ingredient is mitragynine. While this substance acts as a pain killer, it appears much less addictive than the opiates supplied by big pharma. Thousands of people swear by it, and have used it to wean themselves off of more addictive drugs and alcohol. Research on mice has shown that at least mice do not become addicted to this substance. So, naturally, the next step is to ban it!! Do you suppose the drug companies had something to say to the regulators? Thanks uncle sam.

I try not to take anything unless it's necessary for me medically. My daughter gets high blood pressure from stress also. I do too to a certain extent. I have never tried Kratom, but some people swear by it and take it every day. This is a problem for the DEA, but they may have decided that if they crack down on it, there will be more people taking more harmful stuff.

See my comment to you above. The designers of this site don't get human factors, and it leads us to make mistakes.

The DEA may have changed its mind because there was a public outcry. I am not certain. Some states have banned it, however, there are stories of people who say they can live normal lives because of it. I wouldn't know but find the topic fascinating.
