Let It Out
Erase your pain and release it in a pen
And let your tears drip into the ink
Without giving yourself time to stop and think
Let your wrist swirl as you write words with no worries
But don’t try to rush and don’t try to hurry
Yet, take yourself on a journey
Because you are learning who you are and how you feel
What is right and what is real
This is the way your heart heals.
