Some wise words, my friend. Sometimes, we must let it go in order to keep our own sanity.

I like the theme of your couplet poem, Gershon. We all need to let go of most of the things we let steal our peace and happiness. I'm human, therefore I make lots of mistakes. Knowing this, I'm probably wrong about some of the things I act sure about. Why not just accept that the other person may be right sometimes. Let it go, move on. And vengeance, let God deal with it, forgive and life will become more peaceful, and we'll have more happiness. Thanks for sharing your wisdom with us. BB

Gershon, your poem is a poignant portrayal of pain and the struggle to find peace. The simplicity of your verses carries profound emotions, urging us to release burdens beyond our control. This heartfelt reflection on the healing power of letting go. - Blessings, Daniel

Is this more about acceptance than about forgiveness?
