Let it be me

Instead of them 
Let it be me

Instead they grief 
Let it be me
Who stopped 
It evil gravity

Instead they suffer 
Let it be me
Who bear the pain

Instead of pain
Let it be me
Who sacrifice

Instead if sorrow
Let it be me
The joy

Instead of war 
Let it be me
The peace keeper

Oh let it be me
In stead of their tears

Instead of their shadows
Let it be mine 

Instead of cry
Let it be laughter
When I come by

Instead of hate 
Let it be God (love)
As I write with a blue pen

Instead it be said of war
Let it be me
Who preach of humanity
As I write with love

Oh instead they die
Let it be me 
Let it be said 
That I lived
As my legacy 
Reveal the unknown 

Oh instead of lie
Let it be truth
As nature permit 
For life I live as I 
Let it be me
