Let Her Eat Cake - For Mum

I went into my kitchen to bake An enormous rich chocolate cake Mother gobbled the lot - On the plate not a jot No wonder she's got belly ache! Mum challenged me to write a limerick about cake! 10/3/18

Sorry, it isn't clear to me if you actually baked the cake your mother ate? My daughter and I both love the batter! Aloha! Rico

Turned out to be more than I could take, All night her moaning kept me awake, I gave her a powder, Which made her moan louder, And her farting made the whole house shake.

My downfall was biscuits and honey. I found them under a towel and ate the lot and paid dearly for it later both in redness and stomach ache. My mother would have loved this too. Bob
