Lenten Limerick

Well, my sex life just got up and went
So I’m giving it up over lent
But should you feel inclined
I am sure you will find
That my arm can be easily bent

This is a Catholic doctrine is it not??? I am not sure that I understand ....From what I know a person gives up something for a short period of time to get closer to God???Great Limerick..Keep the creative pen flowing. Sara
