Lego Blocks

Lego Blocks

Lego blocks—
I love them so.
Building with them
each and every day.

Whether they become
a colorful tower
standing tall
or a sailing ship,
they are so much
more than play.

Do my parents love
them as much as I?
I really don’t think so.
They loudly yell
when they find them
in the dark
scattered on my floor.
