Hello Chris. Yes it does for what the single leaf symbolizes and the meaning of the falling leaf. This very much constitutes loss. This entry is quiet gentle and reflective. Hope all is ok. Have a good night.

Hi Lisa, yep, everything is ok. Just writing a little darkness. When one falls to a darker path, the "tree" it fell from will feel the loss much more deeply.

The shade of a tree somehow gives comfort, but shadow of a falling leaf..leaves the tree more bare..Somehow that shadow of a fallen leaf represents darkness and loss.I love this Chris.

I say that is somewhat true as it is closer to the ground but what if it falls into the shade tree's shadow then a shadow will not be cast....hmmm...interesting

Well, it's not really about leaves and shadows and trees so much, but you are right about that. Thanks so much Tim.
