Leaving

As I lay in his arms... A tear runs down my cheek... I catch it with a smile... Then wipe it away with a shaky hand... Thoughts of us, race through my mind... So little time, so much love to give... As my tear turned to sorrow... I could feel my heart pounding... A sad sigh escapes my lips... As I lay and watch him sleep... I know in my heart... He will leave forever........
