You are addicted
to thought-making
mostly thoughts-recycling
playing recordings
Of pasts recent and remote

Leave your mind alone!
But how? you ask
The more I try, the more awry
The mind is a monkey jumping and jabbering
"JUST WATCH IT. Do not judge it ... look
Watch yourself looking at you
Looking at your mind thought-jumping."

Now you see the ADDICTION too
Most of life is lived in a racket, a fish market
SILENCE
is golden only in word; until in deed
SILENCE will come only at the end
It doesn't have to be this way
The mystery of death's entrance
Can be seen now
