Learning To Still the Mind

What do I do When there's nothing to do I just sit and wonder And wonder and ponder Then I gaze into space Which is no disgrace Cause silence comes in And takes me within As peace comes to me And my mind is made free I feel so much sweetness A sense of completeness Just content to be In serenity A collaboration between Vera and Peter Duggan I started it and Peter finished it

Hi SO, yes I agree the mind is a tricky place especially at night when you are trying to sleep, sometimes it plays havoc, so many things go through it, I try to practice what Peter preaches but it doesn't work with me, anyway that's life as they say, take care.......Vera
