It's the modern way now unfortunately, everyone going to school heads down looking at their phones oblivious to their surroundings', I'm surprised there are not more accidents. Tom

Yeah this trend is growing dramatically and sometimes it s difficult especially in O levels( the class in which I study) Demetrios rightly said no electricity no brain but it s the school and people who make syllabus are to be blame, we have given a topic and there s a brief description in the book, you have to collect as much information as you can, from internet and other sources, like in my urdu exam, tjere were 500 proverbs in book, but only one came from book, all were from outside

You are here speaking of the benefits of technology and hence the net.. of course it is highly advisable and appreciated to surf the net and use it in prudence.. as for your case as a student there are plenty of reliable educational sites you can benefit from.. As a teacher, my case I'm lucky now after a long journey with books to have access to beneficial sites with a tip of the finger!

No electricity, no brains - what a tragedy! Dark ages of learning! Wondrous Limerick depicting today's reality. As an educator myself have seen this phenomenon growing dramatically. Bravo dearest, Besma for putting your finger on this!

What is really dramatic is that technology is taking over and crushing people genuine mental and physical faculties! Thank you so much dear Demetrios, your feedback is elating and rewarding.. Stay safe.
