Lean on me please if you want to.
And know I am here for you.
Whether I am here beside you 
Or a thousand miles away.

Lean on me please if you want to.
I've been where you are so I kmow.
We'll talk, I'll listen, we'll cry,
I'll understand.

Lean on me please if you want to.
I have enough strength to help you.
Your path is familiar to me,
I know where it's going.

Lean on me please if you want to.
We can share our pain and sorrow.
We can feed on each others love.
Gain strength in our friendship.

So...
