Lead Us Safely Home
In this mad world spiraling out of control
With so many running to and fro
Many hearts are full of hatred and pride
Many shedding innocent blood far and wide
Many looking for love in different faces
Defiling their bodies in secret places
Demonic worship on our government land
While a church grown cold refuses to stand
Churches conforming to the ways of the world
Not staying faithful to God's holy word
Allah, Buddah, Hollywood, athletes and such
Idols worshipped as hearts overrun with lust
False teachings of scripture at every turn
While ears continue to itch and to burn
Not for the truth that salvation holds
But for sin which robs the dying soul
Greed overtaking the heart of man
While poverty fills our once prosperous land
As the government gains more control
Our rights taken hostage as our destiny unfolds
Practicing abominations that outrage our Lord
From the throne He will judge with a mighty sword
His word of scripture will forever stand true
Cutting the soul with judgment long overdue
A nation divided will not stand
As God removes His merciful hand
His name abused, His presence denied
His blessings will not endure where sin abides
Wake up America! Before it is too late!
A nation on the edge of our dreadful fate
Be led by God and not by the wickedness of man
From sin turn away, allowing God to heal our land.
My Heavenly Father, if this nation refuses to see
May your hand of protection be upon my family and me
Though we are far from perfect and daily we fall
We seek Your forgiveness, on Your Name we call
Holding to Your word and seeking Your face
May we never fall from Your Amazing grace
Can't wait for the trials of this world to be over
To look upon the face of my precious Savior
Remove from our lives what robs our soul
As Your sheep never allow us to leave the fold
When standing in the face of fear and persecution
Strengthen our hearts for execution
We are sure to fail without You Lord
For only You have overcome the world
You are the life, the truth and the way
Forever be our guiding light, I pray..
May Your will be done on earth as in Heaven
As Your prophecy fulfills upon every second
For many, their fate will be an eternity in hell
A lake of fire, they will forever dwell
Keep us obedient to Your Holy word
So we may escape the destiny of this wicked world
Your kingdom soon in the clouds will come
Lord, keep us and lead us safely home
