Law School Huh

Law school huh? Why?
Because I want to make money.
Because you love the law?
NO!
Because you adore reading?
Double L, no!
Because you want to be a lawyer?
Is that what happens?
It is supposed to.
Oh, well.
Maybe I’ll be a pharmacist.
They make a bunch of money.
They stand on their feet all day.
WHAT?
They count pills all day.
No way!
Why are they paid so much?
Like lawyers, they get rewarded for being bored daily.
Maybe I’ll be a social worker.
Honey, what is the goal here?
To make some REAL MONEY.
Snicker. Laugh.
Snicker Snicker. Laugh. Laugh.
Snicker. Snicker. Snicker. Laugh. Laugh. Laugh.
I can barely talk now.
He is sixteen and thinks he knows everything?
Yes, working in any helping profession
Makes you an instant millionaire, I agree.

In fact, if one is totally invested in spirit, he or she is an instant millionaire--though often a bit hungry for simply things, like food. Another great poem, Caren.

Thank you Joe, I appreciate it. Smile. Snicker. (Trixie is doing the rest of this big-headed stuff; she is such a ham of a muse).

Our kids still don't make any sense at that age. But if they do make the money I hope they share :) Hugs Eve ~`*

The children I often see daily, are going to be professional dancers, singers, or professional celebrities, famous with mansions, not caring how they get there. Not thinking reading, writing, spelling, punctuation, or math will enter into their plans at all.

Hi..was thinking of the movie " Risky Business". There s a scene where they are in college to get out and make money. Only Cruise makes a joke about " to serve my fellow man." The group knows he is lying and throws their lunches at him...I was dumb enough to be a Tom Cruise. I would not to it again. Panagiota

I had to laugh Patti, knowing we would both choose people every time, every single lifetime.
