Laughter
Let it burst, like something is about to explode.
Let it make you rejoice, feeling it from your head to your toe.
Feel it in your belly, make it reach your gut.
Let it be your medicine, when your life is in a rut.
Let it be the remedy that feels your heart with joy.
Don't be shy, give a shriek or a howl, and let it just deploy.
Whether your life is full of merriment, or if it's full of doubt,
don't scream or shout, just let it out,
and let laughter be your joy.
