Late Night

Zzzzzz....

He's sound asleep.
His passy falls out of his mouth.

I take the passy and rub his head.
Beads of sweat fall down his face

Taking the covers off of his,
I let him lay

After awhile he moves a bit
But he settles right back in the same spot.

As I watch my nephew sleep,
My eyes get heavy and weak

I close my eyes
And now I'm at peace
