Last Gasp

,

      His thick
        bulky
         solid
    large hands
  enveloped her
        tumid
      staunch
    hot breasts

Tenacious he was
  holding firmly
       as she
 to her shudder
   her tremble
         alas
  calm warmth

     last gasp

Doesn't sound like a last gasp to me, probably just getting going! Where do we go from here?
