Landscape of Your Heart
Winds trickling down the path of time
do take me to that special place
where I can hear the bells that chime
and always see your handsome face.
In retrospect this passion's grown
into a deeper meaning yet.
You've captured all the seeds I've sown
while your love is the prize I get.
So lush the landscape of your heart;
the colors glow into the night.
When dawn arrives we shall not part;
together we become the light.
My painted soul will dream with you
and laugh away this worldly woe.
It seems it's only just we two;
your adoration's all I know.
