Lady, Lady, On the Hill

LADY, LADY, ON THE HILL
Lady, Lady, On the hill
Did you see my girl named Jill
I’VA just got to find my honey for I gave her lots of money
She tied me to the railroad track
She promised me shed come right back
The gentleman on the red caboose
Came along and cut me loose

The little dear lint got no brains
She plumb forgot about the trains
That came a roaring in at three
That ??t stop in time for me

My honey darling will be pleased,
To know that I have been released,
Tell her to meet me round the bend
Then she can tie me up again
