Loving cups open their lips, drawing nourishment from life-giving rays. Lacy double flower resembling two tulips is a harbinger of warmer spring days, bright and cheerful as the sun ablaze. *Written February 26, 2012 for Francine’s “*****willows or Daffodils” contest

This is a beautiful, very beautiful write Carolyn! I like how you chose the ever pretty Daffodil! Your write is very descriptive and full of images that bring me visions of wonderful flowers in the warm sun! I love your poem you have written this afternoon my friend! Great Work!!
