Labyrinth

I have always been told that some eyes carried labyrinths in them, which of course the skepticism in me made me laugh at the idea; retina, cornea and optic vessels are one of the things I only knew made up our eyes. One day, I scrutinized a stranger's eyes in a dark alley, as I tried to decode their deathly stillness; my bones felt rigid and distant. Within a flash, my mind was intertwined with the Unknown like a Rubik's cube. Everything I knew was diluted, altered and misplaced. My eyes ushered me to a labyrinth that was designed to keep me trapped in my own fears and paranoia.....
