Notes About The Poem

Firstly, you must create your own character. Their surname MUST be DeVil. It is preferred that their first name is 3 syllables, for the sake of the tune. Your Characters name Must be the title of your Lyrical poem. Secondly, create a poem about your character. The readers MUST be able to sing it to the tune of "Cruella DeVil" from Disney's 101 Dalmatians.

Noem was, devoting an entire section of her memoirs to the day she shot a high-spirited puppy named Cricket to death, then executed the family goat for having a bad attitude. She called the goat jerk-face!

"I hated that dog," Noem wrote in her upcoming and lengthily titled book: "No Going Back: The Truth on What's Wrong with Politics and How We Move America Forward." (Real missed opportunity, not calling it "Noem Going Back," by the way.)   Cricket RIP 2004-2005

If anyone out there is looking to offload an annoying puppy or jerk-face goat, there are many rescues out there that will take them off your hands and find good homes for them.

Kristi Noem De-Vil Oh

Her own dog she’ll harm
there's nothing more cru-el

She hated her puppy Cricket 
with wired haired charm
Her own doggy she'll harm
Her own doggy she'll harm
deemed he was useless 
like her goat valued less
So, she took the poor pup out
Not sympatico—Not even a pout
She’s made her boss proud
she shouts out loud, 
Kristi Noem De-Vil
Kisti Noem De-Vil
with whom she’ll share 
the Presidential ticket

Out of her mind with excitement, 
chasing all those birds
and having the time of her life
was poor fated Cricket

We need strong leaders who can 
do these sorts of messes
She'll bring her own doggy harm
Ranting that it’s just another day on the farm!
The Govenor may be watching too much Netflix
Perchance Wentworth an Australian series
An unhinged system for women's prison
Chicks! Chicks! Chicks!

 Chorus...

I can see why D.T. >>Dick Tater might want her as a vice-presidential candidate. She is his type...pretty on the outside and messed up in the brain. They say she shot herself in the foot, but who knows. You have a fine selection criteria for these horrible people and I will be looking at your work going forward for sure. Very glad to meet someone who knows evil when it shows up. I faved this poem and the one about protest.
