Know that I am
Be still and know that I am God.
What does that mean?
To know our Father is to do the following:
Sit in a comfortable chair
Put on instrumental easy music on low
With your heart ask what you need
Or be grateful for what you Have.
Close your eyes
For a while think of nothing
Breath deeply and slowly
Relax Your shoulders and
feel the rest of your body relax
With loving emotions feel his presence.
The Universe is alive with Love embracing you.
Please feel free to sit for as long as you want.
Now you know that you belong.
