Kisses in the Spring

There were kisses in the spring
That meant so much of everything
When we walked hand in hand
Our love was always without demands

As time went by I gave you an engagement ring
And there were more kisses in the spring
We grew together in a love so true
Under blue skies I was always with you

Now those times are so long ago
And they are always on show
Remembering those kisses in the spring
They are to me everything

I know what love means for us
We don’t make a lot of fuss
So how do we get through the bad things
We remember those kisses in the spring.
